Yet more than a year later, many of Katrina's victims are still struggling to put their lives together, and there are a whole host of other issues affecting Black people--unemployment, fuel prices, the minimum wage, lack of access to high-quality education, the war in Iraq, immigration reform--about which some politicians are counting on our silence. So the question is: Do you care about Black people--enough to vote on Tuesday, November 7, in the midterm elections?
